We are confident that you will love your new teas. However, if your purchase does not completely meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please contact us at support@rushtea.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist!
Please note that gift cards, promotional items, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. We consider all customer concerns, returns, and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a gift card instead of a monetary refund for returned items.
